Validity
These general terms and conditions generally apply to all business relationships conducted by us. Deviations are only valid if they have been confirmed by us in writing.
Offers
• Our offers are usually limited to 60 days, unless otherwise noted in the offer.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Offers are non-binding. Only with the order confirmation are they binding.
• Delivery periods begin on the date of the order confirmation, provided that all formalities have been completed and agreed advance services provided by the customer.
• The cost of postage and packaging will be charged. For express deliveries, a surcharge will be charged.

Delivery
We generally sell ex works as defined in Inco terms 2000. The delivery is deemed to have been completed when the goods have left our domicile, upon leaving the customer’s benefit and risk. Differing wishes regarding shipping, transport or insurance are to be announced in good time and are the responsibility of the customer.
Deliveries
The buyer has to check the goods upon receipt. In all cases, the risk of shipping and transport is borne by the customer, even in the case of deliveries to third parties. In case of transport damage, the recipient is obliged to report the damage to the Transport Company and Solemate Technologies OÜ without delay. Claims for damages must be made immediately to the transport company.

Complaints
In the case of identifiable defects covered by the guarantee, the customer must notify Solemate Technologies OÜ in writing no later than fourteen days from the date of delivery. If hidden defects become apparent later, they must be reported at the latest within ten days of their discovery.

Dispute Settlement

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG for own contents on these sides according to the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate an illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the moment of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of appropriate violations, we will remove this content immediately.

This Privacy Policy clarifies the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of data of visitors and users (collectively referred to as “users”) by Solemate Technologies OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) as data protection officer.

Collection of Access Data

The provider collects data about every access to the online offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider,
The provider uses the log data without assignment to the person of the user or other profiling according to the statutory provisions only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the online offer. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data retrospectively, if there is a legitimate suspicion of unlawful use due to concrete evidence.

Social Media with Shariff Module

The usual social media plug-ins (shown as buttons on the website) transfer the user data to the social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) each time a page is viewed. Some of these plugins give social networks information about your surfing behaviour. You do not have to be logged in or be a member of the network.
We use the Shariff module on our website. A Shariff button does not establish direct contact between a social network and you until you actively click on the Share button.
Shariff thus prevents users from leaving a digital track on every page they visit and improves data protection.
You can like, + 1en or tweet with the Shariff module – the respective social network does not receive more information.

Google Web Fonts

This site uses so-called web fonts from Google for the uniform representation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to correctly display texts and fonts.
However, for this purpose, the browser you use does not connect to Google’s servers, but accesses the Worldsoft servers in Switzerland. Google is not aware that your website has been accessed through your IP address. However, Worldsoft obtains knowledge of your IP address as part of the use of the website.
